This website and online store (“Site”) is operated under the trade name MICPEAK by K-Toro Investments SRL/BV (Belgium), registered office Avenue Émile Verhaeren 30, box 202, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, Company number (BCE/KBO) 0784.777.609, VAT BE 0784.777.609 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products to you.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and services, and any purchases you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
3. Eligibility and account information
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing and shipping details, and payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Products and information accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. However, product colors, packaging, or appearance may vary due to device display settings or minor supplier changes.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing or availability) and update information at any time without prior notice.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or operational constraints).
An order is accepted only once payment is successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
- EU customers: VAT treatment depends on the checkout configuration and applicable rules; where required, VAT will be displayed at checkout.
- Non-EU customers (including North America): you may be charged import duties/taxes by local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors; their terms may also apply.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, severe weather, peak seasons, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Returns, refunds, and EU right of withdrawal
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections, and liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable).
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence (where applicable).
Disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
