Is it plug & play?
Yes. The microphone is designed to work without apps or complicated setup—plug the receiver into your phone, clip the mic, and start recording.

What devices is it compatible with?
Compatibility depends on the version you choose:

  • Lightning: iPhone 11–14
  • USB-C: Android devices, tablets, and iPhone 15+
Please select the correct connection type before checkout.

How many people can it record at once?
The dual microphone system allows recording two people at the same time (when using the dual mic set).

What is the wireless range?
The 2.4G wireless connection supports a stable range of up to approximately 10 meters (conditions may affect range).

Does it reduce background noise?
Yes. It includes ENC noise reduction to help filter background noise and keep voices clearer.

What is the frequency range?
Wide frequency range: 20Hz–20KHz for natural sound reproduction.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 12 hours with the charging case (battery life depends on use conditions).

Ordering

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the European Union and North America (subject to eligibility at checkout).

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).

Shipping & Tracking

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is approximately 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carriers, weather, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

My tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking may take 24–72 hours after dispatch to show updates. It can also pause while a parcel is in transit or awaiting customs clearance. If there are no updates for several days, contact us and include your order number.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by local authorities. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

EU customers: do I have a right of withdrawal?
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Details are provided in our Return Policy.

Where do I send my return?
Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner/supplier. If your return is approved, we will email you the exact return address and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
