Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made on MICPEAK, operated by K-Toro Investments SRL/BV (Belgium), Avenue Émile Verhaeren 30, box 202, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, Company number (BCE/KBO) 0784.777.609, VAT BE 0784.777.609.

1) 30-day returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2) Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/components included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation).

3) How to start a return (required)

To start a return, please contact us at contact@micpeak.com and include your order number. Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4) Returns handled by our fulfillment partner (supplier)

Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner/supplier. For this reason, the return address may vary depending on the product batch and destination.

If your return request is approved, we will email you the exact return address and instructions. Please do not send returns to our registered office address in Belgium, as we may be unable to receive or process them.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Wrong item / defective item / damaged in transit: we will cover return shipping and provide a return label where applicable.
  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).

6) Customs and return shipments

If a return needs to be shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs procedures. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item and completing any required customs documentation. Any import charges assessed on a return shipment (if applicable) may reduce or prevent successful delivery of the return.

7) Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos when possible.

8) Non-returnable items

Unless required otherwise by mandatory law, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as final sale (where permitted by law)
  • Custom or personalized items (where applicable)
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (where applicable)

9) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to approval) and place a new order.

10) European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union and you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email contact@micpeak.com with an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw, including your order number. You must send the goods back within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

11) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or once our fulfillment partner confirms receipt) and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
