At MICPEAK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

Used products
Items damaged by misuse

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video proof.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
